We have just launched another business that focuses primarily on eco awards and gifts. We have taken our most popular eco trophy / award designs to create this unique collection.

Eco Awards & Gifts is owned and operated by Industrial Designer, Andrew Watson. Andrew has completed both Bachelor and Master degrees in design at Griffith University, Queensland College of Art (QCA). He received many awards in recognition of his academic achievements.
Andrew has an extensive portfolio of three dimensional design related projects including product design, handcrafted artefacts, branded environment/exhibition design, environmental graphic design, streetscape elements design, print based graphic design, model making, 3D visualization and has also been a sessional teacher at QCA.
We just handcrafted these stunning modern trophies for the 2014 Access Awards. We included stainless steel braille tactile balls on the awards so people with vision impairments can can still read the award name.

We have just completed this beautiful custom eco / sustainable perpetual award for Legrand North America. We used sustainable bamboo plywood for the award and custom CNC cut the front panel. The front panel had a UV flatbed digital print applied to to rear.

We just finished this fantastic custom perpetual football trophy for our client. We specialise in custom corporate recognition products but, we can also design for sporting events.
This custom perpetual football trophy has been handcrafted from locally sourced Douglas Fir wood, anodised aluminium and finished with screen printed text and graphics. We believe that creating modern and unique sporting trophies is important as most sporting trophies are boring and mostly look the same (cup style).

We just finished working with Verizon on their annual Icon Awards! We created 150 awards in total with 5 different custom designs. The award above has been custom designed specifically for this event. These awards have 24 LEDs inside and illuminate when turned on. Stay tuned to a full project page and more images soon.

We custom designed and handcrafted these unique custom pyramid trophies / awards specifically for The Gathering Awards ceremony. We designed the awards to be a modern interpretation of the classic pyramid shape. Typically pyramid trophies / awards are fairly plain and conservative but, we wanted these trophies / awards to be unique, modern and special.
The custom pyramid shape of the trophy / award was folded out of one piece of 2mm aluminium and finished with matte anodising. We then mixed up a custom silver metallic ink and silk screened the text and logos onto the pyramid sections.
The base was made of a heavy 6.35mm aluminium and anodised in a vibrant red colour. When looking into the pyramid trophy / award from above you can see the year cut from the pyramid to reveal the red base below. A hidden detail. The base was then finished with a laser engraved plaque with the event and organisers details.
The end result is a truly unique, modern and conceptual pyramid trophy / award that can be appreciated for many years to come.
We have just completed these beautiful awards for the Y2 Junior Rider event in Calgary.
Every step in the creation of these awards was done by hand. From the welding and sanding to the many layers of paint and the precise application of individually cut vinyl decals. These unique handcrafted awards are simple yet stunning.

Congratulations to all the winners of the 2014 New York International Olive Oil Competition.
We were commissioned by the event organisers to create a new, modern and contemporary custom trophy / award design for this years event. Since the event had such strong branding, it was only logical to create a custom trophy / award to reflect this. The result is a typographic custom trophy / award that is on-brand and is simple and stunning.
This is the best Kickstarter project we have seen in a long time, check it out. Created by award winning designer Marcus Bree, this is a project we will be backing without a doubt!
We were commissioned to create the awards for the Global Fund for Children Awards ceremony this year. The event was held on May 6 in New York City, USA.
We designed a unique, modern and sustainable award for the recipients. The awards were handcrafted from eco friendly bamboo and 100% recyclable anodised aluminium. The winners details and logos were then laser engraved to provide a tactile and precise finish.

We are honoured to be chosen as the designers and manufacturers of this years UDIA National Awards or Excellence. This is one of the most prestigious awards nights within the development community so being able to create these unique custom trophies / awards is a great pleasure.
The design is based on a subtle interplay between gentle and strong aesthetic forms. The UDIA branding has also been incorporated into this modern custom trophy / award. More information about this design will available on a project page soon.

We are very excited to be working on this amazing custom award / gift design for our client in San Diego (USA).
This design is based on a deconstruction of their logo. The logo is only fully visible when you view the award / gift from the front elevation. In all other views the shapes become abstract and more suggestive of the branding. We believe that being subtle with branding is more important that over branding a product.
We will finish this award / gift with a matte anodising (blue/black) and silk screen print the winners details. Stand by for more updates soon…..
We are currently working on creating these fantastic custom key rings four our client that will be given away as gifts. As a full service metalworking and woodworking shop we have our own in-house CNC machine that we can make prototypes with. As you can see above, we tried a few different prototypes (six) to make sure we were completely satisfied before making the final product.
Our client was so happy with the custom trophies we made for them last year, they asked us to create some custom gifts to match this year. We are making 110 in total (220 parts).
The final product will be finished in about a month and we will post some pictures then.

We just finished making two years worth of these unique custom awards for our client (200 awards). They loved the design so much last year they decided to buy a few years worth and save with our bulk purchasing discount.
This custom design is a modern interpretation of a traditional pyramid style award. We also designed this custom award to reflect the events branding. Made from a beautiful clear anodised aluminium, these awards look and feel prestigious.

We are currently creating the new awards for Legrand North America (includes Canada and USA). The awards are a three tiered system and the above are the first tier; The Achievement Awards.
We have handcrafted these Achievement Awards from sustainably sourced, recovered Pine Beetle Wood (Denim Pine, Beetle Kill Wood). The wood comes from the Okanagan in British Columbia, Canada.
Then we carefully CNC cut the mill finish aluminium panel and fold it to wrap around the Beetle Wood. Logos and winners details are both silk screen printed and laser engraved.

We just finished these beautiful custom plaques for Prairie Coast (John Deere) in British Columbia Canada.
This is a customised version of our "Modernised Plaque" design. All of our work is custom designed and handcrafted so making alterations and customising a design is never a problem.
These unique custom plaques were made from locally / sustainably sourced Maple hardwood. The rear accent panel was created using a 2.5mm aluminium with a green anodised finish. The text and logos were then laser engraved directly into the wood.
