Crafted from sustainably sourced materials, we designed and assembled these vibrantly playful eco awards for Thoughtworks.

At Watson Design, we’re specialists in creating awards to recognize long standing years of service. In this case, we created awards to show appreciation for 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of extraordinary impact.

Each award is made from caramel bamboo and cut to the shape of the number of years it is recognizing. We cut silver matte anodized aluminum to same shape and attached it front and back to provide a surface for us to decorate with exotic, eye-catching UV prints.

For each number of years that is being recognized, we applied a different electrifying pattern and stimulating colorway to accompany a personalized message and Thoughtworks brand logo.

The result is a custom eco award that boldly stands out, making it perfect for recognizing employee dedication.
