Job Description & Duties

● Consult with clients to develop custom concepts, layouts, and visual designs for bespoke trophies, awards and plaques

● Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect

● Develop graphic elements, production-ready artwork, and product mockups that meet client objectives and manufacturing requirements

● Prepare layouts, vector artwork, and files for print, engraving, CNC machining, laser cutting, and UV printing processes

● Manage projects from start to finish; throughout prototyping, fabrication, and finishing stages using mixed materials including Wood, Acrylic, and Metal

● Operate and maintain production equipment including Roland UV Flatbed Printers, Trotec Laser Engraver, 3-Axis CNC Router and Fibre Laser Machine

● Apply knowledge of fabrication methods and material properties to support efficient production and high-quality finished products

● Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced custom production environment while maintaining attention to detail and production deadlines

● Support ongoing product development and contribute creative solutions for custom client projects

● Supervise other graphic designers

Skills / Education / Experience Required

● Fluent in English

● Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related discipline

● Minimum 2 years of professional Graphic Design experience

● Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. Experience of Roland Versaworks and Vectric Cut 2D, considered a strong asset.

● Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication principles

● High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and time management skills

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small production team

● Experience preparing production-ready artwork for print and fabrication processes

● Experience working hands-on in a workshop, manufacturing, or custom fabrication environment

● Be comfortable using Woodworking/Metalworking tools, including Table Saw/Chop Saw, and resin casting processes.
