Crafted to recognize recipient’s commitment to the Marcon core values, we developed these modern and striking awards to help celebrate at the company holiday party and recognize employee dedication.

Assembled in three layers, the awards are made up of a concrete base developed in a 3D printed mold, an acrylic top with the Marcon logo housed inside, and a wooden mid layer sandwiched in-between.

Black anodized aluminum shapes provide the finishing touches and the ideal surface to include a cut-out of the year (in the same style as the Marcon logo) accompanied by UV prints and laser etching to display branded and personalized text as well as Marcon’s core values.

We opted for a mixed material approach, in particular the use of concrete, wood and metal to complement Marcon’s position as a construction company. Maintaining the same thought process, we were inspired to craft a modular building-like structure by stacking the materials.

We are driven by the exploration of new materials and production techniques to create timeless custom awards. Utilising modern processes allowed us to create a unique, minimalistic design with subtle nods to the client’s brand.
