These custom designs were crafted for the Dew Tour Des Moines streetstyle skateboard competition — one of the most high-profile skating events in the world where only the most prolific sponsored skateboarders compete.

The creation process involved a mixed-media approach to successfully bring all the contrasting materials together without displaying any visible fixings and create a clean and interesting finished award.

It was a challenge to print on the unorthodox grip tape but the inclusion of this material enhances the custom element and matches the event theme perfectly. The detailed cuts to the aluminum combined with the vibrant colors are ideal to align with Dew Tour’s bright and playful branding.
