We handcrafted these modern trophies for the 2016 Game Changers Awards. We used recovered Douglas Fir wood that was sourced from a demolished building here in Vancouver (Yaletown). The building was originally constructed in the early 1900's and was recently demolished. These are a simple, modern and timeless eco friendly awards design.

The Automotive Industrial Designers at Mazda USA commissioned us to create some thank you gifts to award their volunteers. The awards needed to be a suitable size to fit on desk and incorporate the black t-shirt that the volunteers wear at the events. We handcrafted these awards from recovered Pine Beetle Wood (Denim Pine, Beetle Kill Pine, Blue Pine) and added a CNC cut anodised aluminium t-shirt. 4" (100mm) square.
