VSE are a valued returning client at Watson Design. Every year we design and create a new award to recognize employee dedication and long-standing years of achievement.

The 2023 awards feature a bee theme based on VSE’s ‘Bee Better’ Campaign - a key part of the company culture. We combined anodized aluminum and meganite to create honey comb shaped awards in a stacked style.

A custom cut-out to the aluminum allowed us to add a standout VSE logo to accompany the custom printed text and bee graphic. We crafted two awards of differing colors to recognize both 20 years and 30 years of service.

The finished product is a fun and modern unique award, designed to show a deep appreciation for the recipients through a recognition piece that they can display proudly for years to come.
