Commissioned by VSE to develop long standing years of service awards, we aimed to produce a final product that was both contemporary and compelling, helping to show genuine employee appreciation.

A layer of white meganite is sandwiched between 3mm of anodized aluminum. The front layer of aluminum includes an intricate tiger shaped cut out, exposing the white meganite underneath to reveal the stunning tiger design.

Complementing the tiger cut out is a UV printed blue water ripple with gloss printed over the top to emulate shimmering water. We replicated this pattern on the base of the award for further exciting detail.

The award sits on a meganite base with a felt bottom and is layered in ascending order in relation to the number of years the award is dedicated to.

Inspirational key words are UV flatbed printed onto the rear side of aluminum to highlight some of the positive attributes that the awardees are being recognized for.
