We custom designed and crafted these awards for the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation (OSSTF/FEESO) in Ontario, Canada. A microphone was used as the centerpiece of these communication awards to reinforce their meaning and to follow the graphic elements used in the school awards program. We separated the metal layers with maple hardwood to create depth and space in between the panels and anodized with a matte finish. These awards were well received by the recipients.
