Introducing our new bamboo paperweights. These are handcrafted from eco friendly bamboo and come in two-tone (as pictured), solid caramel or solid natural. They are the prefect corporate gifts or just a small thank you for someone special. We can print in full colour on these as well with our UV flatbed printer. So you can be assured we can match your corporate colour palette (PMS or CMYK). White and gloss inks too.

This is a new design for us and it has been so popular! We handcraft these from recovered Pine Beetle Wood (Denim Pine, Beetle Kill Wood, Blue Pine) here in British Columbia, Canada. We can make these from any wood species and work with a local supplier that has a vast range of different recovered woods for us to use. They are usually reclaimed floor joists that we buy, mill down and finish ourselves.

We had the unique opportunity to source some discarded materials from a construction site. The material that was being thrown away is typically used for wall cladding; OSB. We took the material, cleaned it up, laminated it and then cut it into shape. With our in-house full colour UV flatbed printer, we applied the graphics directly to the material. While this aesthetic is not suitable for our corporate events, it did suit the X-Fit theme well. Tough, rugged and strong.

This years Global Green USA Millennium Awards were designed and handcrafted by Australian-born Industrial Designer, Andrew Watson. The concept for the awards was inspired by the earth and the beauty of natural flowing lines that can be seen everywhere in nature. 

The materials used in the creation of the Global Green USA Millennium Awards were recovered Pine Beetle Wood and reclaimed anodised aluminium. 

The wood was sourced from infected forests here in North America, that have been devastated by pine beetles. The wood was then cut, sanded and finished with a natural oil that is the same as what is used on kitchen cutting boards and salad bowls.  

The aluminium parts were reclaimed from offcuts in Andrew’s workshop and were carefully cut individually from sheets of aluminium that were due to be recycled.

Mmmmmm ribs. We think these custom eco awards / trophies for the PNE RibFest competition turned out really well. The have been handcrafted from sustainably sourced (FSC wood supplier) Douglas Fir and printed in full colour on all four sides.

Our UV flatbed printer can print full colour on any of our awards. This is a unique machine that is technically more advanced and versatile than old fashioned engraving machines (etching only). With full colour capabilities you can be assured to receive only the most unique custom trophies, awards and gifts.
